TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms of Sale

  • Payment must be effected via valid credit, debit card
  • HSBC SecureEpayments process our orders
  • Your statement will show a debit by Frozen Direct
  • If using a credit or debit card you must be the cardholder
  • The prices are correct at time of update E & O E
  • Items are sold subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We supply frozen food to the UK ONLY

Substitutes

  • In the event of any item not being available we may substitute it with alternative items of a similar size

Standard Delivery Terms

  • Frozen food is sent out Monday - Thursday.
  • We can only guarantee the goods if you live in an area covered by Parcelforce 24 hour service i.e. the next working day.
  • If you live in an area outside the mainland UK zone e.g. Inverness, Shetland, Remote Aberdeenshire etc then we CAN NOT GUARANTEE the condition of the goods, we will send them out only on the understanding that it is at your own risk.
  • In order for your food to be sent the same day your order must reach us by 11.00 am.
  • Orders received after 11.00 am on Thursdays, all day Friday and the weekend will become active on the Monday following.
  • Orders are sent by overnight courier Monday - Thursday except by request
  • We do not send out orders the day before bank holidays
  • If you have not received your order within 24 hours of dispatch you should contact us immediately
  • If you are unavailable to accept delivery for goods (miss the delivery driver) we will accept no responsibility for their safe and/or arrival
  • You can not claim for a missing package if you leave it for over a week before reporting it missing.
  • We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours
  • We reserve the right to change the postal rates to reflect the order
  • We will not be held responsible for losses if you have the order delivered to your work or other place and there are problems
    e.g. Work places are often closed at weekends so ordering late in the week (wednesday afternoon on) for delivery to work may cause a Saturday delivery meaning the parcel will return to the sorting office over the weekend.
  • NOTE: We have made every effort to advise you to add ice to your order, this keeps the food superchilled during transit and allows the correct postage costs to be calculated. If you choose not to add the ice we will not guarantee it\'s condition on arrival.

Cancellations

  • 'Special order' items or personalised items are not cancelable
  • If you wish to cancel the order you must do it within 12 hours otherwise the order will have been sent

Refund Policy

  • In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in perfect condition we will make a full refund for the goods except postage costs
