TERMS OF SALE

CARD PAYMENTS

  • HSBC Global Payments process our credit/debit card orders
  • Your card statement will show a debit by Global Live Food
  • If using a credit or debit card you must be the cardholder

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept Paypal
  • Your statement will show a debit by Frozen Direct
  • We will only ship to verified addresses (at our discretion)
  • Paypal payments carry a £2 surcharge

PURCHASE ORDERS

  • We accept purchase orders from local govt., schools and universities
  • We can accept BACS payments
  • Payment should be made within 45 days of delivery
  • Late payment will incur a 5% surcharge

GENERAL TERMS

  • The prices are correct at time of update E & O E
  • Items are sold subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We supply frozen food to the UK ONLY
  • We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you frozen, however, we do not guarantee the condition of the goods, we will send them out only on the understanding that it is at your own risk.

SUBSTITUTES / OUT OF STOCKS

  • In the event of any item not being available we may substitute it with alternative items of a similar size
  • In the event of no suitable substitute we will refund that item

STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS

  • Frozen food is sent out Monday - Thursday.
  • Orders received by 12 noon are usually sent the same day but if we are busy it may be the next day
  • Orders received after 12 noon on Thursdays, all day Friday and the weekend will become active on the Monday following.
  • Orders are sent by overnight courier Monday - Thursday except by request
  • We do not send out orders the day before bank holidays
  • If you have not received your order within 24 hours of dispatch you should contact us immediately
  • If you are unavailable to accept delivery for goods (miss the delivery driver) we will accept no responsibility for their safe and/or arrival
  • We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours
  • We will not be held responsible for losses if you have the order delivered to your work or other place and there are problems
    e.g. Work places are often closed at weekends so ordering late in the week (wednesday afternoon on) for delivery to work may cause a Saturday delivery meaning the parcel will return to the sorting office over the weekend.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you wish to cancel the order you must do so before it has been sent
  • Perishable goods are exempt from the distance selling regulations

RETURNS POLICY

  • Perishable goods are non returnable
